Disgusted with Kwikot service today

Inlive in a complex and my geyser burst and was told to contact kwikot as the geyser is still under warranty. Today they brought the geyser to sort and discovered the geyser is too big so they left the geyser in the middle of my lounge amd went away. I am a 60 year old woman who has to si here with a geyser in the middle of my lounge and i cannot do anything about it, i have trying calling kwikot several time and no help whatsoever. What do they expect to do with the geyser? Mount it myself? How can they just leave it and go when its their problem not mine, i am just a customer trying to get the geyser sorted. The service is pathetic. I have to go to this extreme to get contacted regarding the issue and hopefully sorted.
