Disgusted

I've had the worst, absolutely horrible experience with this company, sadly it's such a well known brand, I have been dealing with them, however my last experience I will never ever purchase another item from them. I bought a 5 year geyser for my parents in 2021, it's been a week and they however came up with 100 different excuses how and why they cannot replace it. I spoke to their cape town representative my sister went as far as going to the director and still no proper answer.
