Defective Quality

On 1 August 2015 we went to Plumb It in Centurion to look for a NON COPPER geyser element. We were given the silver one, (Nichrome) and told they in any case do not stock copper elements. (we have a copper allergy). Within weeks the chrome plating came off completely, exposing the copper. I went back and they recommended a hard water element, which I purchased. That was a week ago. Same problem AGAIN!! I am sitting with two elements which cost me close to R400, that is useless. It is not what I asked for. I would like an immediate refund. I still have the slips on both transactions
