COMPLAINT

I would like to lodge a complaint with AEG Electrolux appliances, I have bought a hob(4 plate) in June 2020, now in February 2021, the 2 big plates are not working. I have called the store which i bought the hob from, and they logged a call with AEG, the following day the AEG came to check the stove, then he said it is burned by the ****roaches. Bare in mind this stove is less than one year old. Now they want me to pay R1200 to fix the stove, which is less than one year old. I would like to understand if the ****roaches can burn a stove, but still the other 2 plates is working. I have had a Defy stove in my house for more than 10 yrs, and the AEG stove gets burned by the so called ****roaches. This means I will be paying R1200 every 6 months with the AEG hob.
