Complaint

I am so disappointed we bought a kwikot geysers at cash build Protea Glen then Friday morning we noticed that the geyser had bursted then my husband went to cashbuild to report it as when we bought it they told us the geyser has a five year warranty if it happens that it leaks and the asked us to send the geyser serial no and code and we did and the next day we were contacted by kwikot saying they were sending their technicians to change the geyser and they checked the geyser and the refuse to change the geyser saying we used the incorrect pressure valve and we told them the pressure valve that we installed came with the geyser and we were not aware because it came with the geyser.i am completely disappointed by kwikot as most plumbers recommend it and less than one year six months is leaking and they told us it had at five years warranty and they can't help us while the geyser came with the wrong valves I won't recommend this geyser to anyone as the previous geyser we had latested to 10years and was one of the cheaper one but never use to give us a problem. But now bought an expensive geyser this is the service we got.
