Bursting at seams/inferior quality

We had a Kwikot geyser fitted in the year 2009.In 2013 it burst and flooded my residence.In 2013 their technical staff came out did some repairs which did not resolve the issue at hand.They returned a day or two later to Replace ther Geyser as it was still within the warranty period.\THANK YOU".Within 2 years it burst again causing similar damage.Drip tray is fine was just shooting up into the rafters and thus flooding the roof and the floor.I called Planie in the Durban office only to be told that it's out of warranty and refered me to the Gm Mr Witsz.<br> I called the Gm and explained my situation"
