Brand New Geyser stops working after 4 months!!!

A brand new geyser from Kwikot was installed in my residence on the 8/08/2023 . After just 4 months the geyser has stopped working . I called Kwikot on the 13th of December for assistance with a new geyser that was installed on 08/08/2023 and is no longer working. The agent advised me there's a 24hr turnaround time on service calls which as now elapsed.It's been months & weeks without hot water and this is impacting my family bearing in mind this was a "Brand New Geyser" from Kwikot. It is quite disappointing that a brand new geyser is giving issues so early after installation. On the 28th of December I followed up again with no response once again from Kwikot. Myself and the family had to endure just over 4 months of a non working geyser which is quite disappointing seeing as it is new. This is honestly the worst turnaround time I have ever experienced especially since this was a new product installed. I am very concerned at the type of products this company sells if they barely last a year before they stop functioning and I wonder what kind of inferior products they selling to the public . The previous geyser I had lasted just under 10years and I am expected to settle for this terrible service and product from Kwikot. This is definitely I company I would not recommend any of the products to be purchased AT ALL especially if you looking for quality, service and value which they cannot offer.
