Big disappointment in Electrolux oven!

I am very disappointed. In October 2011 I bought a new Electrolux 90cm electric oven with a gas top. I have a small convection oven as well, so I don’t even use the oven to often. Last week the inner glass of the oven door broke while baking (in thousands of small pieces). I clean the oven myself, and there was no visible cracks. On contacting the parts department and rep in Cape Town, I found out that my oven wasn’t marked with the correct numbers. Thus it is difficult to know what part to order. The friendly supervisor at the part department tried to help me, but couldn’t. I am so disappointed in this Electrolux product. The rep can now only replace the glass wih tempered glass that can be heated to 250C, also without any form of guarantee. What a waste of money for a expensive product to not last 7 years!
