Bad warranty service

Service is very bad.. Empty promises.. I logged a claim for my geyser last week Tuesday with standard bank the immediately send out a plumber who found the geyser burst.. Now this geyser was replaced only 3 years ago... So it is still under warranty according to the plumber the manufacturer was supposed to come and replace this geyser.. So they logged it on Tuesday with kwikot.. By Thursday I didn't hear anything I called and was promised that they would come out on Friday.. Nobody came nobody call... Monday I called to ask and was told no there was no one that can come out they will see to me on Tuesday... I mean really now it is winter out here.. We need warm water... It seems if your product is under warranty you must wait until the company has time for you but that is not the case when you buy it now... Please people if you have warranties make sure you have people who can uphold it
