Bad service with AEG

I purchased an AEG fridge that came with a fault, it was just not getting cold, I then contacted AEG for assistance and only received a technician 3 days later. I then explained to the technician that I do not want a repair but would like to be replaced as I have just purchased this item, he left my house saying he would submit a query and I would get a call back (AEG NEVER GIVES A CALL BACK NO MATTER WHAT PROMISES THEY MAKE) few days go by and some upset discussions take place with a women by the name of lindiwe. It's now 3 weeks since the problem started. I was then told that AEG does not have my exact model in stock so they would give me another color which honestly ****ed me off but accepted as I now really needed my fridge. I was then told that my delivery could only be done after the weekend and only after fighting they accepted to do it on Friday, Friday morning (again I had to contact them, they never contacted us) I was told that due to bad whether they cannot deliver, it's amazing how such a big company does not own trucks that are rain proof.

Anyways Monday comes and they come with the fridge and ready to deliver, the driver (oblivious as he is) drives right through my electric fence and breaks the whole thing, I was then told that they would repair and so far have phoned them more that 10 times with no call back and no assistance what so ever.
