Bad Service/no response

Used Electrolux (AEG) call centre to book technician. Technician took 3 weeks to attend to my oven without resolving it. I eventually cancelled the technician because he repair work was not done, the response time was poor (3 weeks), the repairs costing kept on changing. I called the call centre to complain, spoke to Cristelle Jacobs. She did not listen to my complaint, then dropped the call and never returned the call. The Electrolux (AEG) products are great but the Call centre and technicians are really bad. I will never again buy a Elextrolux (AEG) product again.
