Bad service, in fact, no service!!!

My plummer installed the Kwikot geyser in April 2021 In Dec 2021 it started to leak The plumber logged a complaint at Kwikot 11 January 2022 No one called me I phoned the no. *** 7 times the past 2 weeks. In the back ground you can hear a lot of noise, people laughing, the persons speaking to you eat while they talk to you, they are not helpful at all, some even are rude. Very unprofessional. It seems as if they think they are doing you a favor by answering the call. Do not do business with this people!!!!!
