Bad service from service personnel

<p>I phoned on 25/11/16 to get information on an error code on an AEG model oven b7500m, error code e004. </p> <p>At first they sound very helpfull and promised to found out what the error code means. I also spoke to the technician Tony who promised he will look into it and come back to me.</p> <p>Needless to say after numerous phone calls I finally got an answer from Lesedi on 30/11, who said they cannot found the error code on any of their self help manuals and we must rather get a technician to come out to sort out the problem!</p> <p>Me thinks AEG just wants their technicians to come out and therefore doesn't give out the information we are looking for!</p> <p>They even said we would not be able to fix the problem even if they give us the information we needed!</p> <p>I am sure if they are looking hard enough they would found the information on the error code if they want to!</p> <p> </p>
