Bad Service Electrolux (Pty) Ltd

My dishwasher under warranty has been problematic since December 2019. Being trying to get them to replace/repair to no avail. The service has been shocking and not efficient at all. I was given a loan unit and am being asked to pay in an amount of R4000 to take ownership of the new unit, but it is a used loan unit and I am being charged for a new unit. Due to covid finances has been restricted and I offered to pay the amount in 2 installments and the service manager is adamant. I also requested proof that my current dishwasher which is in their possession be tested and repaired and this request is being ignored.
