Bad service and no aftersales warranty service

A new geyser 150 liter was installed at my premises about 3 years ago due to an insurance claim. About 3 weeks ago my geyser started leaking. I reported the geyser via my installer which reported it to Kaap Agri where they bought it. Head office in JHB sends a message indicating that they use a plumber called JAK plumbers. This business does not exist and they keep on indicating that my claim will be attended to. This really bad business practice and pathetic service. Kwikot keep on saying they did give the plumbers a job number, but they are lying ,the plumber as indicated does not exist. Please don't buy anything from them they are bull****ters
