Bad service

Kwikot replaced our geyser and there was a misunderstanding that left the kwikot worker who was connecting the new geyser angry, then he loosely tied the wires to the thermometer and left the the temperature at max which burned ther thermometer in a day. Then they say it's not a manufacturing defect so they are not liable. Bad service. It happened 04 April 2024.
