BAD BAD SERVICE KWIKOT

Worst Worst Worst darn service on the planet - I don't care how busy you are _ I am a client the clients you have waiting are the clients you have waiting and you should employ more people to offer the service that you state is "Good" service - I have been waiting 5 days for a new geaser to be installed after mine had broke - This is disgusting not a follow up call not an sms to say job in hand nothing - I call and wait for more than 45 min to have someone say hello and drop the line - i have been calling for 3 days - its been 5 days now and I am still waiting - The suckiest worst service on the planet - I do not understand how Standard Bank can be with a company like KWIKOT - i just have to believe that the service of both of these companies is extremely extremely bad from personal experience - ref: *** they cannot give a time you must just sit on egg shells and hope that someone even comes out to you
