Avoid Kwikot/Electrolux products at all costs!!
0 stars would be more apt, but 1 seems to be the minimum! After their replacing my geyser under warranty, it took a mere 3 months for the new, replaced geyser to prove faulty. Only to be told that the warranty on the new geyser and parts is a paltry and pathetic 2 months... If the supplier doesn't trust their own products to last much longer than that, why should we?? I would rather spend double with a trusted brand than rely on either of these brands again!

30 Aug 2021, 09:45Your comments have been noted. All manufacturers of water heaters apply the same T&C's in that the warranty does not start afresh or renewed. You have been supp**** with the original warranty T&C's which explains how the warranty is calculated, electrical components have a 1 year warranty from date of original installation, and in your case the warranty has expired on both original installation and extended warranty on replacement geyser.
