Appalling service by Kwikot Geysers.
Good day
I have had a new geyser installed by Kwikot in the month of May 2025 through Brolink Insurance. Since then, we have had constant issues with this new geyser. To date we are still siting with problems and no one in this company is able to resolve our issues.
Absolutely appalling level of service. You should not even be used by insurances to provide services to their clients.

Our service manager visited the site and supp**** a full report.
The cold-water pressure supplying to the water heater exceeds the pressure rating of the water heater of 400 kPa and is not regulated by a 400 kPa pressure control valve / expansion relief valve. This is due to the resent plumbing re-piping work done on the cold-water supply for the property. The T/P (safety valve) is functioning correctly, responding to over pressurized unregulated 500 kPa cold-water pressure supply to the water heater. Therefor the T/P (safety valve) was working fine by releasing hot and cold-water due to over pressurized unregulated situation in the water heater and safeguarding the water heater as well as the occupants.
Hope you find above in order.
Thank You

13 Jun 2025, 11:19Thank you for the prompt response and feedback.
We needed an Indepth assessment of the problem, and we are thankful for the service manager that came out and conducted it for us.
We feel at ease now and can now go ahead and query this with the insurance as it was poor workmanship from the plumber's that was sent by the insurance.
Many thanks for your assistance.
