After sales back up issues
I bought an AEG oven in July 2010..Model Competence B7500 4M. It cost me R9000. In February 2014, water went into the control panel and the oven stopped working . I was told that i needed to buy new parts for it. I went to the shop where I bought the oven, they called AEG and I was told that the parts would be available in May. I called in May but was told that the parts were not available. I then decided to call the number on the website for spare parts, which is +***..I spoke to a lady called Petunia who promised that i would get the parts in 3 weeks...This was in September 2014....to date I have made several calls and have had no joy. I am being passed from one person to another and being asked to wait another 3 weeks. It is one year now without an oven and I am thinking of going to dump the oven at AEG and demanding a refund....After paying R9000 for an appliance, the least I expect is to get some after purchase service for the item....The parts I am looking for are: Part nos *** and ***. I hope I can get a positive response.<br> Thanks
