AEG sucks!!

Hi, here’s an opinion about AEG SA, they suc****!! I only gave a one star rating because I had to enter something to continue, otherwise they would get a serious minus rating!!!! They have no representation in Nelspruit. One cannot get hold of them nationally. Service agents for other manufacturers battle to get AEG spares and if they do, they are way over the top expensive. For example, a pump for a four year old dishwasher: R1800 !! I have tried for months to source a part for an under counter oven with no luck!! Anybody buying an AEG product these days needs mental assistance!! With regards to service workshops, the same dishwasher that they said is uneconomical to repair because it needs a new pump, I have just opened up to find it just needs a new starting capacitor!!! Toss a four year old expensive machine in the bin and buy a new one because the alleged spare costs R1800 plus all the labour to repair!!! I’ll get another capacitor for R100 and use the AEG dishwasher till it dies and then NEVER touch AEG again!!
