AEG stove factory faults

I purchased an AEG multifunction stove on 30 July 2022. The service at sale stage was great! Within a month the stove handle COMPLETELY CHANGED COLOUR and gone murky. I called the retail store and they tried to sell me new AEG parts (shocking). The stove is under warrantee! and guarantee! Please don’t waste your money on AEG. Go with a brand that accepts liability when their new products are faulty.
