AEG SA are ***********, rude, & lazy - have not fixed issues customers have complained about for YEARS

AEG Elextrolux South Africa head office are ***********, rude, and blatantly refuse to assist with your request. Trying to get a reply from them is like trying to pull teeth from a tiger - IMPOSSIBLE and if you do manage to get them on the phone THEY HANG UP HALF WAY THROUGH THE CALL AND NEVER CALL BACK.

They outright REFUSE to give contact details of their international head office when request and instead push a South African email address on you as if it is the INTERNATIONAL one I asked for.

But they are more than willing to tell me that they "Appreciate that I am upset" but cannot "Appriciate their customer".

Sad to see so many other negative reviews on their facebook page and hello peter about this office and the way they handle their customer service and the fact that they have don't absolutely NOTHING to address these issues over the years.
