AEG -Pathetic after sales service

So I have quite a few AEG appliances (Stove, Fridge...) I am happy with the product and the duration of AEG appliances, however the after sales service is pathetic. I logged on more than one occasion a call to AEG for a service to my oven and hob as well as my fridge and had to pay the call out fee after indicating the problems and serial numbers only to be told that the parts are nowhere to be found. So how do I replace an oven door rubber? a tray that is cracked in my fridge and a plate on the gas hob which doesn't work, this is ridiculous. I will be looking at purchasing other brands in future.
