AEG Gas HOB

AEG GAS Hob has got a issue with one of the burners from when the appliance has been installed. The burner starts to make a noise after being on for about 15 minutes. Installation has been checked and all is 100%. Technicians have been to my place and have been shown the issue and have been replacing parts that take 3-4 weeks to arrive from Europe. Burner still does not work correctly after parts replacement and technician believes it is a ventilation issue which is utter **** as the other 3 burners work 100% with no issues.
