AEG Fridge Repair

AEG fridge. Paid call-out fee, technician had to look for a part to repair the fridge. Three weeks later, absolutely no communication, calls not returned. Various phone calls to Call Centre, still no reply, still no communication from specific individuals I spoke to. Phoned again today, had to start back at the beginning to follow up on previous conversations.
