AEG Electrolux and Claremont Home Appliance

Beyond useless. Been without a freezer for months. They take 12 weeks to get parts and send the wrong PC Board in the correct box (so I guess someone stole our part before it was sent to Claremont Home Appliances) So we had to wait another 8 weeks for another order. It’s been over 8 weeks and we still have no part. It seems that they don’t care are there are so many complaints about them on here and they couldn’t be bothered to up their game or reply to the complaints. Just as useless is the Claremont Home Appliances. The box is not sealed and they didn’t bother to check the part when it arrived. We found out when we got home to put the part in. When emailing about our part, the wrong part is referred to by the sales person...more emails back and forth. Still waiting. Get a voice mail “I’ll send an email” is what we hear, BUT still no email. WHERE IS THE PART?
