AEG dishwasher.

Purchased a dishwasher with an extended warranty. The prongs rusted and most of the bottom rack fell off with the rust! Reported it a few times only to be told an agent will contact us. No one ever did!! I cannot even use them bottom rack. Had to call numerous times and beg to be taken seriously!! Tried complaining only to be told it's our negligence! A defective product! How could we be negligent with a dishwasher! Ordered a new track for an exorbitant fee to be imported. Still waiting months later! Absolutely careless and useless aftersales service!! Never ever ever buy AEG again! Absolutely disgusted. Waste of hard earned money on a faulty product with a waste of a warranty.
