I purchased a 5 plate gas stove from game.when installing I noticed the oven did not come with a drip tray. I phoned AEG customer service boy they are not helpful at all. Spoke 4 diffent people trying to get some clarity and was told to get the model no. When I phoned back with the model no, without even giving it I was told that model doesnot come with a drip tray. Shocking.
