AEG and Tafelberg Furnishers disgusting after sales service

We bought a new AEG front end loading washing machine in November 2017 from Tafelberg Furnishers Tokai because of the water crisis in Cape Town. The seal on the door is broken and I reported it three and a half weeks ago. To date I have had nothing but empty promises from both Tafelberg and AEG Electrolux. I have had to phone them more than ten times. ****ma at Tafelberg has made a huge effort, but the people (Johan - the manager and Grace) at AEG Electrolux won't take or return my calls. And the machine is still leaking ...
