AEG after sales is useless

I recently bought a French door fridge at Hirsch's in Milnerton. The fridge turned out to be faulty. To get AEG to honour the warranty is next to impossible. Worst service we've experienced in a long time!! No proper communication, no follow through. I would NEVER buy this brand again
