AEG 7kg Front loader

We bought a AEG 7kg frontloader in 2018 and the units bearings started making a noise. The unit was replaced 14/08/2020 with a new one serial no ***6. Today we contacted AEG again with the same problem as the previous unit and Beverley Makhene told us the new unit is still under the guarantee of the 2018 unit. How do they replace a unit with the old units guarantee. This is poor it means AEG cannot even reach the full guaranteed time period. I'm really disappointed in the product nevermind the service recievied from Beverly
