ABSOLUTE PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

CUSTOMERS DON'T BUY KWIKOT because:<br> They have not returned to ensure geyser is working properly, even after numerous promises and sent out someone who could not work on a solar geyser.<br> Rajesh Surajal from Solartech, Newcastle, installed the geyser 25/2/14...YES FEBRUARY 2014. <br> We contacted him several times by e-mail and he referred the complaint to Kwikot, who tried to claim that the geyser is too small for our use. The issue is not the quantity of hot water, but the fact that we get NO hot water, despite the fact the geyser is the same size as the geyser that was previously used in the location!!!<br> How can we get hot water?!? Even on a very sunny day, by 2:00pm the water remains cold?? ALL WE WANT IS WHAT WE PAID FOR!!! ALL WE GET IS EXCUSES and KWIKOT AND INSTALLER POINTING FINGERS AT EACH OTHER! AVOID the headache at ALL COSTS!
