A month without a belt and still waiting!!!

<p>I have ordered a belt for a tumble dryer from AEG / Electrolux on the 16 of May. This part was paid for on the same day. Over a month later I still have not received delivery thereof. I have tried called and emailed on numerous occasions to no avail. I tried again this morning and got cut off again... All I want is my belt or even at this very late stage my money belt.
