No product support in South Africa

Bought a AEE S70 action cam December 2014 from Photo First and a couple of accessories and then I wanted to purchase batteries and a multiple charger no joy !!!! I even went onto the Internet and wrote e mails to China and the USA but no joy. Brilliant camera but no product support believe me better then the Go Pro but no product support I found the e mail info [Email Removed] on the 4x4 forum were there were a person organizing these cameras , a 4x4 outlet in Johannesburg told me they are getting rid off there stock because of no product support, like I said one off the best little cameras I have seen so far but no product support
