RUDI VILJOEN will charge you up front, not complete the job and then run away with your money.

Rudi Viljoen the owner and operator of this company claims to have 30 years experience. When he could not do what the name of his company literally claims to be able to do his idea of research to solve the problem is going to the pub and having a chat with his mates to see if they know any better. He wanted money up front because he then wanted to send the parts from Durban to Jhb to be sorted out only to get the parts back two weeks later with no change, when I made contact with this outsourced company they told me they had done what he had asked. The outsourced company has refunded the money to Rudi over two weeks ago now and Rudi has told me he doesn't have cash available and will not be returning my money until I fill in a form. No problems I would happily fill out this form he has sent me if I had the details needed, after contacting Rudi about this he has (after the fact) said he will send me the details to fill in this refund form, it's now been another week and I'm still waiting for these details as he says I cannot be refunded until he gets this filled out form.
