AE Switch money not received

I have a wallet with them and made a payout from my wallet to my Capitec bank account. This was on 08 Feb '22 and to this day I have not received that money. I get no answers on my querry that I logged on 10 Feb'22. I send emails and get no answers, nothing WHERE IS THAT MONEY? WHERE DID IT GO?
