<p>I have purchased from this Company 2 solar geyser systems and a water presure booster system in the last 8 months, the value of these purchases is +/- R70000.</p> <p>The first solar system was leaking and needed some extra repairs and valves , which I was charged for, the stained ceiling was my problem.</p> <p>The water booster system was installed and after 2 months the storage tank overflowed, when my wife called it was: please call a local plumber! When I called from overseas ( I am traveling often) they promised to come out but letting me know it was doing me a favor. A small pin on the float was cooroded after 2 months and they blamed the water quality, not the quality of the material.</p> <p>It was fixed, I tanked them by mail as I believed it was a warranty issue, but two days later I received an invoice for R 741 incl VAT. I did write back and told them that this was not my problem , they should stand behind the material used as two month is too short for a pin to be so coroded that it breaks on a ball float.</p> <p>Stay away from this Company, it is fly in and gone after collecting.</p>
