Lighting connections never done but paid for

These guy had come through to my premises on 15 Aug 2015 to have a look at lighting which I have for the signage for my business on the building. Mark had come past, had a look and informed me that the was some faulty connection in my DB box (which I found very strange as the COC was provided when I had moved into the premises in Jun 2015 without any problems) and they cannot leave this as is as they could loose their license for leaving faulty connections. A quote of R2895 was then provided to have this fixed which I was then assured would resolve the issue of the lights not working. As per the invoice, a full payment was required upfront before the job could be done, which was paid straight away.<br> <br> Repairing this faulty connection did not solve the problem and the lights still do not work. After numerous promises to come back and solve the problem this is still not done. Both Mark and Mike now refuse to answer or return my calls. I am now out of packet for R2895 and still have lights which are not working. It seem like these guys have simply collected the money and then not provided any service. Please beware of these guys as they are *******!!! Do not fall for their lies.
