Bad parts installed refuses to come back to repair

I had my oven and stove thermostat replaced by these sharks on the 25th of April, after 2 weeks it stopped working. I was given a 6month guarantee on the work, when I sent in a complaint and request for repairs to be completed I was promised for 2 weeks that each day someone was coming to complete the work.<br> I sent e-mails, made calls and no one came to my property to complete the work.<br> The owner now puts the phone down in my ear and avoids my calls.<br> They charged me over 2 grand for the repairs and my stove still doesn't work.<br> It is disgusting<br> Do not trust these people, they only do the work for it to break and then don't come and fix it afterwards
