Terrible Service- ****mers!

Beware- ****ming company. Stay away! You will lose your money and your problem will not be sorted out. Not only did they fit the incorrect thermostat, but it was also incorrectly fitted (they made three unsightly holes in my freezer for no good reason) and on top of that it's still faulty (icing up)! They charge you a big amount of money, and when you question them about the amount and the fact that the problem persists, they accuse you of being a ****mer and demand payment and harass you on WhatsApp, also on a Sunday. No quote was provided. Block! I had to pay another and more reputable company to do the job right and provide me with a report.
