Appalling service at the reputable Zimbali Resort!

<p>We booked a stay at the Zimabli Resort in Ballito Durban, through the Adzonemedia Agency and paid an added R8000.00 for breakages. This money was to be refunded post our departure if there were no breakages. There were none on the morning we left. We waited for the refund and it did not come. They later claimed damages. They just could not let us have all our money back!</p>
