Bad Service, Bad Response, Bad Campaign

Got a call from Adwordz promising me the world for my Google Campaign. Spent R15 000 with them. By the second week i gave feedback saying the guys need to relook at the campaign as we were not getting calls, emails etc. The campaign was going to our home page instead of product pages we were promoting. In week 3 i requested a zoom meeting. Till this day i am waiting. My "AD Campaign" finished 4 September - I havent had any contact from Adwordz or even a report. I literally got 3 whatsapps and 1 phone call for spending R15k. When i did it myself i spent R4k per month and got 8 - 10 people responding??? Also, when i signed the order form, not once was i told that there were terms and conditions at the back. The whole approach has left the worst taste in my mouth. I wouldnt spend a cent more with this company
