Bias findings

I recently complained to the ARB concerning a false advertising complaint regarding Beacon Chocolate (Tiger Brands). The did their "best" but concluded their findings in an unfair and bias manner resulting in them ruling in favour of Tiger Brands without doing their due diligence to investigate properly. The staff were nice enough to deal with and they did follow through quite thoroughly on the complaint but their methods and reasons as to how the directorate come to their "findings" is archaic and misguided resulting in fallacious results. Very disappointed that these bodies seem so easily persuaded by legal jargon nonsense from suppliers like Tiger Brands who are point blank *********. The case is still ongoing as I intend on doing my own privately funded public poll, seeing as they can not be re**** on to be 100% fair. I will then choose whether to appeal their findings or not. Disappointed.
