Voucher not redeemed

I purchased a Self fly aeroplane voucher in September 2014 which was valid for 3 years. This past week I tried to redeem this voucher however the telephone numbers is not valid. You do get to call a cell phone however all you get is voicemail. I have emailed and left numerous messages however there is no response.<br> <br> I need to know whether this is a hoax website and I have lost my money by purchasing a voucher.
