Unavailable for booking after payment

I received a birthday gift in June 2014 for one of [URL Removed] offers. The supplier has refused to contact myself except for automated responses some even saying they cannot reply due to the fact that there has been load shedding and that was a month ago. Please can you assist in getting a response from this company or at least a person to speak to.
