NOT RESPONDIG TO CALLS OR EMIALS

I booked a sesion for a Ferrari supercar experience in Dec 2012, Which is vallid for 3 years.<br> We have been trying since 2014 to book the race, Every time we have phoned to book the excuses keeps coming- the person doesn't work there anymore or they will phone me back or the computers crashed etc. (every time a different excuse), now the nr: ***.... No response - not available.<br> Not only is there always a problem when we want to book but everytime we get through the price has increased.<br> No where on the voucher does it mention anything that the price might change..<br> We now are running out of time too book, but cant get through to them and also don't get response on the emails we have send.<br>
