No Response from Adventure Bookings since April

I am highly irritated and annoyed with Adventure Bookings, I have been trying to reach them since April 2015 to redeem my husbands half day 4x4 off road experience and everytime a mail response comes back to say they are experiencing technical difficulties and someone will be in contact..... We are now sitting in August with more then 5 months of NO RESPONSE. The number I try calling, which is apparently their \help desk: (What a JOKE)!! is always off - ***.<br> I want answers or my money back - as they are not cheap and promise an experience
