Sub Standard off road trailer and equipment

We hired a light weight off road 4 x 4 trailer from Adventure trailers in Springs for 2 weeks for our holiday in Namibia . By the 2nd day it start falling apart and the things in and on it start breaking,the railings of the fridge broke .You could not pull the fridge out with out a huge effort using 3-4 people holding it . The gas <br> bottle's regulator broke, so you couldn't use the stove at all. The ax broke the first time we use it , The back door broke off all it hinges and had to be tied with a rope. We notify them as soon as we had reception on our cell phone that their trailer is busy disintegrating fast on the dirt roads of Namibia .We had to shorten our holiday and lose a lot of money that was already paid for camping and entrance fees to Etosha due the inability of their trailer , and we knew that it will not be able to do the last stretch of out trip. I phone Jan Albert and explain to him what the situation was, he was extremely rude to me and accuse me of abusing the trailer and it contents And he refuse to refund my money for the 3 days and taking it for the breakages of the contents and he cut the phone call while I was talking to him.
