Excellent customer service delivery @Adventure Freaks

I bought a voucher for eight people on hyperli for go-karting, drifting and paint ball shooting for the 22nd of November 2019. The company we bought the voucher for is called Adventure freaks and its in Hartebee****rt dam. I have never received such an exceptional, excellent service and experience plus it was the first time we all went for this specific adventure outing but i promise you it was our pleasure, we can do it again at any given time. The first time i got in contact with the owner by the name of Mr Thomas it was telephonically and i had bad network but he didnt hesitate he called me back even before i got to call again, he was so friendly so informative and patient. Every time when we have a question we could get hold of him without a sweat in any kind of way through email, sms, whats app and telephonically at any given time with no delays. When i thought it was all it, when the day arrived we called him as soon as we were at the venue, he came to us to welcome us and showed us where to park, showed us around and the activities they offer. A very friendly environment and people, him and his team were so welcoming, we felt like home as if we have known them for some time. We were even offered extra activities for free while we were waiting for two of our other people to arrive. Its so pleasing to have an experience of a life time with friends with so much positive energies around us which felt like #BLACK FRIDAY at any given friday. Thank you very much Mr Thomas
